We’re excited to announce our new Hospice program! Visiting Nurse and Community Health (VNCH) has been providing quality home care for over 110 years and are now providing hospice services. We are currently seeking professional and compassionate nurses to work as part of the multidisciplinary hospice team to provide assessment, planning and care to the patient and their family members in the home. We have openings for part time and per diem (weekday, evenings, weekends) as well as on-call positions. Mothers’ hours available.
Current RN licensure in Massachusetts and a minimum one to two years experience in med/surg, oncology, home health or hospice required. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.
