Program Manager III

BlueForce LLC has an immediate opening at Hanscom AFB for a Program Manager III. The position provides direct support to 350 ELSW, Director of Staff and facilitate the program reporting requirements of program execution in accordance with DoD acquisition statuatory and regulatory requirements. Specific Responsibilities: Provide non-technical acquisition management to include but not limited to, guidance and expertise necessary to apply principles, criteria and procedures of DoD Directives 5000.1, DoDI 5000.2 and other DoD and organizational directives. Support Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) and Major Automated Information System (MAIS) programs. Provide project management expertise and guidance, spearhead senior level projects, and prep senior leaders for meetings. Minimum qualifications: 7 years experience in DoD acquisition and program management, knowledge of DoD 5000 and Air Force acquisition processes, full understanding of MDAP and MAIS programs, demonstrate relationship management skills, ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with key stakeholders, attention to detail and keen judgement as well as organizationl ability. Ability to effectively support project level activity and senior managment interfaces. Strong wirtten, oral communications and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree, Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) level I equivalent or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
