Max load: 300 lbs; Speed: 20 fpm; drive system: rack and pinion. 2 separate chairslifts, 6 steps and 7 steps, aluminum rails, good for split level, and staircases with landing. 3 remotes inc. I've had the chairs 2 years, I believe the original owner had the chairs 4 years, One small wear mark on the back of one chair otherwise this unit is in excellent condition,I will include an electric reclining chair lift with the stair lift, if necessary, can make arrangement for delivery. thank you
