Electro-Mechanical engineer needed for Product & Systems Development company. We are involved in all aspects of engineering systems and products from remote control machines to respiratory protection systems to robotic tooling. You must be able to contribute to mechanism/machine design; power transmission and drive system selection, design and integration; servo based motion control; and be able to analyze a problem and generate a solution (under pressure). Some experience is desired. Ideally you will be used to a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, be an independant thinker and a self starter. You must be hands-on not just a designer, we want an Engineer (with a capital 'E') - our philosophy is "If you designed it then you make it work!" We care less about the bits of parchment hanging on your wall and more about what you have done for the last few years. We don't need the world's greatest mechanical designer but rather we need a good generalist since our projects tend to involve a lot of different aspects. We go from clean sheet of paper to product! It's a tough job but the right person will absolutely love it. You must be a US citizen.
