Full-time Bi-Lingual Client Service Representative (English/Spanish)

As an ACCC Client Services Representative, you will:
- Respond to client and creditor calls (both English, and Spanish speaking clients);
- Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner;
- Manage outstanding issues until resolved;
- Maintain client confidentiality.

The successful candidate for this position MUST:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must be fully bi-lingual, verbal and written)
- Demonstrate solid time management;
- Have a strong focus on detail;
- Possess a sense of urgency in resolving customer concerns;
- Possess accurate and timely follow-through skills;
- Be experienced with MS Office;
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience Preferred:
- College degree preferred
- At least one year of phone-based customer service experience required; Credit or banking experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

HOURS:
- 12pm-8pm Monday through Thursday, and 10am-6pm on Fridays
