Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has an opening for an entry level Financial Analyst in our NRT Northeast Support Center located in Waltham, MA.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for various commission data analysis including reviews, tracking, maintenance and analysis reporting. Review of all agent check request prior to processing. Other administrative support duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Associate Degree in accounting or finance required; Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Must have good communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
• Strong organization, analytical and math skills required.
• Ability to multitask, manage timeliness and prioritize. Must understand and practice good customer support skills and timely responsiveness.
