Our client in the Boston Metro area is looking for a Production Administrator / Office Manager to join their team. This is an immediate temporary need with the potential to turn into a permanent position. Depending on experience, this position can pay up to $ 35K.
Responsibilities :
- Purchase office / kitchen supplies and manage upkeep of all supplies.

Answer phones, take messages and welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanor.

Schedule office machine repair / maintenance.

Help schedule / coordinate work flow between departments.

Production folder management and upkeep.

Coordinate Vendor Relationships and Contracts.

Coordinate Freight Schedules and work with Transportation Vendors.

Maintain vendor database.
-
Organize incoming logistics, confirm and track orders and enter costs.

Purchase exhibit materials and work with vendors to meet strict deadlines.

Gather information and enter job costs into system.
Qualifications :
- Must be able work in a fast - paced environment with little supervision.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of Filemaker Pro is a plus.
