My room will be available starting May 24th and the rent is $550 and that includes one half of the garage. I currently use it for welding, and the other half is set up for carpentry. If you're looking for a place to live and would like studio space but can't afford the separate rent you want to come check this place out.

It is a 5 bedroom, HUGE apartment and the room is a good size with a big closet. It will come with a double bed. The roommates are all chill grad students/young pros and we keep the house in pretty good shape. The lease is up in August but the three boys are renewing and are looking for someone to renew with.

I�m a former Tattoo apprentice who has now become a full time licensed artist.

For the past two years when apprenticing I have been putting postings on here to find people who would be interested in getting some LARGE SCALE black and gray work.
It has been very successful. As a result I keep posting a list of ideas on here that I would like to do in the hope of finding some hardcore people looking for BIG ink. If it�s a design I really would like to do for my portfolio I am willing to work out a sweet deal for the person.

For example, I would be willing to set a sitting fee at a set price rather than your standard hr fee of $100 hr that you would get in most cases. Therefore, if we set a price of $150 to $200 and you could sit for 3+hrs you would be getting a very good deal. In I return would be getting a cool design to add for my portfolio. So if you are interested please feel free to call or email me. I can then send you shop info and location. In addition to my hrs and samples of my work.

At this point, Black and Gray work only, sorry but that�s what I love to do.

I am hoping to start a co-op boutique in the area and am looking for some entreprenuers like myself that are interested in being part of this opportunity. I am looking to lease a retail place in the marlboro, westboro, southboro areas in a high traffic location. As a co-op you would rent a space in the boutique to sell your products and would have the option to lower your rent by working one day a week in the boutique. Your rent would include: the space rental + utilities (heating and such), advertising, website featuring your products, business cards, administrative work, and any misc. supplies needed for the boutique. You would keep 100% of your profits!! This is a great way to start and/or build your own business without all of the overhead.

I will be having a baby boutique in my space and will jury in others. As we grow we will have a board of people that will jury in others. Products may be hand crafted or purchased at wholesale to sell. No used items please! This is going to be a trendy boutique so products must be new, unique and of course trendy! Amature Photographer looking for a female model to shoot, have lots of experience but not a lot of proofs, still in the building stages and need a female to shoot for at least 2 hours of work, will pay a reasonable amount of fee per hour, please me over 18 and in good shape, looks is not inportant as the camera can make any subject stand out under the right light and color..
