The apartment has a large open plan living room with gas fireplace, dining room, bathroom (no –that’s not open plan..), plus a sun porch at the rear overlooking the garden (yes there’s an enclosed garden with lawn and flowerbeds..). The 2 bedrooms are medium size, with closets, and if needed there is extra space for storage in the semi-converted basement. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars for off street parking. There are hook-ups for a washer and dryer (a washer and dryer may be available if needed) and there is a dishwasher installed. Heat is from circulated steam radiators, and the gas –fired boiler is brand new.<br>
	Getting around is easy: Watertown Sq. has great shops, restaurants, Starbucks, Whole Foods etc. nearby. Easy access to surrounding towns: Cambridge, Newton, Waltham, Arlington, etc. The Mass Pike has an exit/entrance right at Watertown Sq., and it’s also easy to take Storrow/Memorial Drive into town and avoid the tolls.. The Charles River runs through Watertown, and there are nice river walks, -you could cycle into Harvard or downtown if you liked.<br>
	Current tenants have just bought a house, so the apt. is available anytime after Dec. 1, (can be viewed anytime). Rent is $1275 /month, 1 year lease, (typically prefer to run leases Sept 1 thru Aug 31, but can discuss the lease end date). Need 1 month security deposit and first month’s rent to move in. Utilities not included. We are looking for considerate, mature (..mostly), responsible tenants with a sense of humor and a willingness to keep the place clean. We prefer non-smokers (outside ok) without pets, (but 1 cat may be negotiable). <br>
