I have a beautiful 2 bedroom apt on the second floor of a three unit building, with hardwood fls. exposed brick throughout and small porch area off kit(2nd exit which leads to a small yard area tenants are welcomed to use) everything is updated...... new windows, storm doors, doors etc great during the winters. Sorry no washer/dryer but laundromat in 3 min walk along with a few places to eat, 7-11, and dunkin donuts. The building is quiet, just one single man on the first fl who is also the property maintenance man, puts out trash, shovels snow and handles small repairs. The third unit is mine but I live in LA but stay there when in town.
